McCuddles is your snuggly, furry friend designed to simulate a real hug from a loved one. Their warmth and weight make you feel comforted.
McCuddles can be used as a heat pad, a cooling pack or a weighted friend that helps you relax. It is your companion, the way you want it.
We recommend McCuddles for everyone above 2 years old. Generally, they are designed for adults, particularly for people who experience period pain, anxiety or insomnia. Although, they are just an elevated soft toy, perfect for almost everyone.
Your McCuddles' soft fur is made out of polyester, giving it a sheen and fluffiness. The inside is filled with small clay beads that retain heat and cool for long periods. McCuddles is also odourless and chemical free, making it safe for children and people with nasal allergies.
At the moment, we only ship in the UK.
We charge a standard domestic shipping rate of £4.95 for UK orders.
You are covered by a 30-day cancellation policy for unused items. Only items returned in unused condition with original packaging can be accepted. For more details, see our Returns Policy.
Hand wash with a damp cloth only. Do not submerge your toy completely or put it in the washing machine as this can damage both the toy and the washing machine.
Nothing beats a warm hug, that's why we recommend microwaving your McCuddles in one-minute intervals to a maximum of four minutes (ensure your McCuddles is rotating). Every microwave is different so you may need to find the sweet spot for your machine.
Place your McCuddles in a freezer bag and put it in the freezer for around 3 hours. This will allow the beads inside the toy to cool, helping with hot flushes, inflammation and cooling down.
